PEAKCOIL REBUILD  TUTORIAL

Disassemble Atomizer

Remove center gold pin out with your finger, Gently remove the seal ring. (careful not to damage seal ring)

Gently push on the coil/spacer to remove from assembly.

Remove the ceramic plate from ceramic Base by cutting off the wires.

Scrape the ceramic base with a razor until clean. Apply no heat or fire to base it will crack.

Clean all assembly parts well with alcohol, cotton wipe, Q-tips

STEP 1

Put the wires through the 2 holes. Doesn't matter which hole/wire you use.

STEP 2

Put the assembled coil into the jig and bend one wire 90° towards the center then 90° straight up.

STEP 3

The other wire is bent 10° towards the center then straight up.

STEP 4

Gently slide the metal case over the coil x jig making sure to align the wire that was bent 10° to the slot in the threaded section. The alignment jig should be touching the bottom of the metal casing like shown in the picture.

STEP 5

Pinch the wire in the slot and roll your pliers to apply pressure to the wire. You don't need to apply excessive pressure but enough to keep the coil in place. You want the wire to bend into the  slot . Do not apply any pressure to the other wire that you bent 90°,Cut the wire as close to the threads as you can.

STEP 6

Look down the center hole and make sure the lead you bent 90° is touching nothing but the rubber grommet and ceramic. If you tighten this lead your atomizer will not work. The only thing it should touch is the rubber grommet and the gold pin.

Put the rubber grommet over the wire and cut it just at the top rim of the grommet to avoid short circuit.

STEP 7

12: Put the gold pin in "DO NOT SMASH THE WIRE WITH PIN" making sure the wire stays on the opposite side of the wire when you push in hole. The pin must be in contact with the center wire.
